To provide quality services that maintains and improves the health of individuals and families. 

Whether you are in need of a short-term or long-term rehabilitation in a high-quality and compassionate environment. A licensed practitioner supervises each patient’s care and therapy.

As our residents’ conditions progress and they move through different care levels, our staff works with their families and physicians to transition them to the most appropriate senior care setting.

 

Our nursing care communities offer a variety of conveniences and amenities designed to enhance comfort and improve recovery, such as open visiting hours and barber/beauty salon services. From special therapeutic diets to comprehensive rehabilitation, optimum care, comfort and convenience are our priority and ultimate goal. We help residents recover with dignity while receiving compassionate care, personal attention and professional services.

PEAK CENTER

The Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services (KDADS) is committed to ensuring high-quality services for Kansas nursing home residents. For nearly 20 years, KDADS has been recognizing nursing homes for successfully implementing person-centered care, commonly known as Promoting Excellent Alternatives in Kansas, or PEAK. From the beginning of PEAK, KDADS pursued two primary goals:

 

  • To award and recognize homes accomplishing significant culture change; and

  • To educate others about the culture change movement and the accomplishments being made in Kansas.
