Job Summary:
Must be a licensed RN in the state of Kansas in good standing. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Supervision of all LTC staff, Scheduling of all LTC staff, Approve timecards and time off for LTC staff, Be a team player and work along side LTC staff when needed, Key contact for residents, family members and staff, Manage costs and revenues, budgeting, and maintining policies & procedures, etc
Job Summary:
Assesses the needs and priorities of residents and makes appropriate assignments and supervision to unlicensed staff to ensure a high level of care.
Job Summary:
Assists professional nursing staff by performing basic resident care activities and related non-professional services in caring for the personal needs and comfort of the resident.
